Tarrant County will complete an upgrade that will impact the County Clerk Civil Division’s (County Courts at Law and Probate) case management system (Odyssey) on Friday, April 25, 2025.

The short disruption to services will occur between midnight (12 AM) and 10 AM. During this time, the following applications will not be available to our clerks and/or legal partners:

• eFileTexas (electronic filing system): Filers can continue to submit filings through their service providers.  The clerks, however, will not be able to process filings into Odyssey.

• Secured Attorney Access and re:SearchTX: These applications pull their data from Odyssey. They will not be functional while Odyssey is down.

• Tarrant County Public Access (Case Record Search and Court Calendar features for Probate, CCL and JP Courts): The above-described portions of this application also pull data from Odyssey. They will not be functional while Odyssey is down.
